Why don't you guys put in your department's full name? No-one else on here knows what the heck you're talking about. This thread is for dispatchers for the WHOLE state... that way... if you put your department, and we don't work with you, we can click on a different thread.

I think you are right. He did the right thing for me the other day for a friend. He is a very nice guy and hopefully I could thank him in person.
