12 HOUR SHIFTS

ARE YOU GUYS ON 12'S AND DO YOU LIKE THEM?

Our Officers are on 12 hour shifts and I wish the Communications staff could be on 12 hour shifts too but due to staffing we can not accomplish that task at this time.

we work 11.5 4 on 4 off. How can u beat that? Take a day off at either end and u got a small vacation without buring too much time. Also plenty of time for overtime/details.
