anyone hear that the administration wants to be able to place people where they want in order to make the squads more demographically sound. for example they dont want 4 swat guys on a "c" squad and none on "b". get this the administration wants an eqlau amount of spanish speakers as well as black males and black females on each squad . what does race have to do with where they work. i can see having a female or two if possible on the squads for obvious reasons but why does it matter what race they are.

i see a law suit coming with this one when they move someone due to race.....
