I don't this is about Air 1, but more for us to be aware that the media almost always has helicopters up in the air. Those helicopters are equipped with cameras that can zoom in for an incredible close up picture. So even if you can't hear the helicopter you still might be on camera. I think it's good advice to use some restraint just because the media will grab that video and spin it to make you look like a bad guy.

The poster is right. Air 1 doesn't have direct link to TV stations to show the world how the offender is "restrained". If there is a chase, just remember the TV choppers will be up there, FOR SURE. About every 2 years, the opening of a can of whip ass after a chase, gets on every news feed in the country.
