NPPD found the house.

that may be true but we dont have a large narcotics unit nor do we have the resourses. that is why our one or two guys work mainly with the sso sib.

we also use sso's surf team, swat team, mounted, helicopter, and ert unit. we are just like every other small agency we use the sheriffs office alot big deal nothing new.

O.K., so it's obvious that we have another person claiming to be NP officersomebody. You don't even know how many officers from here are assigned to the task force? As for the guest's response, yeah we use the resources of SSO, but the taxpayers of North Port pay for every one of those services and deserve the use of them, so stop blowing the horn for SSO and be thankful we work together as agencies as well as we do!

Very well put, it was a North Port SGT. that found the house, It was a North Port detective assigned to SIB that typed the search warrant, and it was North Port Police Officers that assisted in the execution of the warrant. So all in all, it was a group effort that paid out well. So great job to all agencies involved. But then again, the NPPD and the SSO have always worked very well together.

DONT FORGET WE ALSO USED THE SARASOTA COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE GUN RANGE AND VEHICLE DRIVING RANGE. WE DONT HAVE OUR OWN, SO YES WE DO UTILIZE THE SHERIFF OFFICE QUITE A BIT AS DO MANY OTHER SMALL PD'S.
