What happened to Capt. Randy Balassic ?

What happened with Ballasic and is he still around Z-Hills or did he move away?

No he doesnt live here anymore he and his family moved to Tenn and works for the Tenn revenue I talk to him alot and he loves it I wish him all the luck hes a very good man
