DURING THE FESTIVITIES I WILL ANNOUNCE MY SUCCESSOR DEPUTY CHIEF FRANK FERNANDEZ. THE DEPUTY'S PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING THEREFORE I WILL PROMOTE HIM TO THE PRESTIGIOUS RANK OF CHIEF OF THE MIAMI POLICE DEPARTMENT. :lol: 8) :P
