After that last idiot they promoted to Corporal it really doesn't matter. This place has lost all of it's common sense. Besides the candidates are thin.

Spauley will do a fine job. He does things for the right reasons...and he stood up to admin when he believed a pursuit complied with policy and they told him he should change his review. If leaving CID didnt hurt him, he'll be ok.

I think Spala will be fine the others...not so much except Zimmerman he'd be ok too.
