He was showing he azz at the shooting last night. I think he was trying to show off because Utset was on the seen along with the rest of the staff. He still does not get it, he will never get Utset's spot because BK will never be chief.

locke was at the shooting being the bully that he is...that man has no idea what he is talking about and is so rude. the shoot was more of a circus of people not knowing what the hell to do. it was priceless.

yup I saw him yelling at sgts and ofc that were just standing on thier corners. He had no clue of what was going on and when the rest of the staff showed up, it was funny looking at him kissing up and trying to maintain control of the scene. But when the real question came up as to who was going to swallow that call it was funny that they started pointing fingers at each other..

Now lets add, i heard he yelled at a rookie for breaking the parimeter. In front of everybody, he told the officer what a bad job he did not sticking to his training.... Lt you got to let up... By the way they caught the guy for 32a ON A PO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a horrible rookie.

I guess your right about him why get mad at officers who go into a perimeter when you have K-9 standing there ready to search.

2 sgts saw the offender about 50 feet away trying to get over a wall. k-9 wasn't there. they were on a permimeter on another channel. supervisors still have the same responsibilities to back up other cops.

to-to the crackhead dog has been graciously donated to the mpd h-9 unit.

at yesterday's shooting with the deputy...looking mad. they have such bad attitudes with all the police officers.
