Did anyone else see Lt. Locke using his marked patrol car to go to the last UM game in civilian clothes and a civilian in the car. If we used our car for personal use we would get written up. Just another example of a different standard for the management and the rank and file.

the problem is not that he used his car to go to the orange bowl....thats allowed...its in the city...and not being in uniform....who doesn't every now and then...the real problem is who the hell was the civilian...and either way....who cares what jeffy does with his unit....at least its a ford...not a lexus

C. Twenty-four (24) hour vehicles will only be used for personal reasons within the boundaries of the City of Miami.

Civilians can travel in city vehicles with proper authorization.
A Deputy Commander or above can authorize it.

Hey Come P, woods could not be compared to anyone else, homeboy did some far out things with his patrol car OUTSIDE the city, what sucks about this site is we attack each other for stuff thats not even right. You to can take you car to a CANES game. The problen is that the last one ver is this Saturday !
