That same friend moves here. How long can he drive with thta costa rican dl?

IF HE IS JUST VISITING, I BELIEVE THAT HE CAN USE IT UNTIL THE END OF HIS VISIT. IF HE ESTABLISHES RESIDENCE IN FLORIDA, HE HAS 30 DAYS.

If he moves he has 30 days to change it. So long as he
is here legally.
