The petty whinning and bickering on this site needs to stop!

Nobody is whining just speaking what they want to vent about. A lot of upper management at Wilton Manors should be finding other careers including the police chief, some department directors , city manager, mayor and the entire city commission.

We have taken resposiblity for ourselves. The department has fragmented into two divisions. The ones that watch each others back against the daggers thrown every day by RP and the other ones that help him and his administration sharpen and throw the daggers. It is quite simple. I would LOVE to move on but am not yet vested and not in a position to do so. So I will take my salary and do as little as possible but continue to earn benefits.And when you think of it the city or it's management offers very little support. Yea they gave us a middle of the road contract but what about the 185 money which is around $600,000.00, which the CITY is going to lose for the police officers pension fund. And you think the city commission or city manager is doing us any favors. Check with your pension board rep.
