USF OFFER

That is a bullcrap offer.....2.5 percent in year 2009. give me a freakin break

2009 the USF budget should be doing well in the market as is predicted, the 2.5 is a joke. If it is true that USF has a bigger budget then the city of Tampa, then the USF PD will always be beyond second class when it comes to police funding on the dollar. It works out to be a portion of a penny if my math is correct, and I think it is.
