loitering and prowling

Hello, can someone tell the fellow officers who work u/c there to read the Florida Statute regarding Loitering and Prowling the next time they decide to arrest the family member of several officers for the above charge IN HIS OWN YARD!!!!!!!!!!! :?: :?:

You should read the aform. Maybe I should send a copy of how a correct and legal one should be written. :lol:
