Description: A request was recently made for motors to escort Oreo's father to his burial and KP shot it down. Another request was made to use a city vehicle to pick up Oreo's daughter in central florida so she didn't have to drive home alone, and he shot that down as well.

Way to go KP, you got the D$%K of the Month Award and If you keep up with your arsehole decisions, you might be lucky enough to hold this title for consecutive months. See you at work D$%KHEAD....:)

I understand that we can't allow motors escorts for every family members funeral, but Oreo's mother, father, wife, and kids have a special relationship with our department and the decision to not allow a funeral escort was in poor taste and you should be ashamed of that decision. KP says it was KK's decision but whoever made it should stick their head up their arse. LL would be disgusted if she heard about this.

Yeah, imagine that.

Two eyewitnesses tell JH (Hamilton) that a city vehicle pulled an 18 causing major damage. JH writes the 18 report indicating a city vehicle did the 18. KP (Prescott) denies JH's 18 report and orders JH to delete any mention of a city vehicle being involved. KP fails to notify Public Works that one of their vehicles was involved in a crime. KP fails to notify IA that a city employee was involved in a crime. KP fails to notify anyone in the chain of command of the incident. KP cancels Crime Scene and orders JH to take polaroids. MB (Bolinger) is reprimanded and suspended for a week and KP gets no punishment.

And then KP gets promoted. Go figure.

Chief Loizzo (rank at the time) stated in a packed roll call room. At the request of Beverly Hobson, we are promoting Kevin Prescott to Major since she wants to see a black man in the command staff. Not once did she mention it was because he was the most qualified amongst every supervisor, it was because the color of his skin. So thats why we say promote JE. Since they want a black male in the command staff, he would be the best man for the job. He leads his professional career with integrity, courage, wisdom, and strong moral and ethical values. He expects the same from his crew and he treats them with respect. His priority is the safety of his crew and he provides the tools for his men to carry out their jobs. KP, I'm sorry homie, but you ain't like that. The perception for you is liability, liability, liability. Although that might not be true, like I've learned since the day I got here, perception is everything and is often greater than reality. Peace.

Propel, I dont know why you are talking crap about Rat-Boy, It's actually Mouse-Boy (According to MP Pons). One of our cowardice anonymous posters "Sir Shag A Lot" has won the D&ck Of The Month Award for November. He can't get over the fact that out of 110 officers, 28 don't think the way he does. He can't let go of the vote concerning the 8 year drop and feels those 28 officers who have different opinions and reasons for their vote are nothing more than backstabbers and weasels. Although this vote has passed and the 8 year drop is in, Sir Shag A Lot Just can't let go. Reasons are not necessarily justifications. I disapprove of the way that Shag has chosen to express himself, his remarks are angry and divisive, but he is indeed speaking the truth. That is why you continually attack him and not his message. Please correct me if I am wrong, but your stated reason for voting against the DROP was to force out senior officers to create opportunities for yourself. Were there other reasons that I missed? If you admittedly intended to drive seniors out by denying them retirement benefits, then please tell us exactly what part of Shag's comments you take issue with.

In any case, the vote is done. It passed. We will all benefit from it, and I hope that in the future we can all try and work together to obtain benefits in a way that does not require hurting our co-workers.
