Why would you think that I care? I was only looking into my crystal ball and making a prediction. Wow a law degree and 4 whole years of experience. After the academy and field training the remaining two years left junior well prepared to organize and run an entire immigration unit. I know, his heritage and tightness with the brotherhood have nothing to do with his soon swift rise to the top. It's all that experience and degrees.
