I am looking for a job, and have been comparing your agency with Highlands County. Not in an attempt to start a fight, but everything I am reading makes me lean towards Highlands.
The pay, equipment, and just plane size of the department is appealing. I have been on several ride alongs with both departments, and it seems like Highlands is a lot busier and a lot more in progress calls. Does Hardee have an aviation or marine division. Is there anything about Hardee that I am missing? Thanks for your help.
