What's the dealio with the National Security Agency (NSA) being contracted byt the city manager to managa our Overlap Initiative. And to monitor the the amout of Toilet Paper and Purell that we consume?

Oh and by the way if it cost BJ 2500.00 to get CN into office so be it!!!!!!!!
