Worch always was a number man. He left before all the bad stuff has happened here. This is not the same county as it was when he was sheriff here. Besides, his policies back then hindered alot of people from doing their jobs the way they were supposed to. He never backed his deputies on anything, and he also used IA (who were not even LEO's!!) as headhunters when he did not like someone. I mean come on, SURVEY CARDS??!! Get real, making deputies give out survey cards to people that were cited or arrested was about the biggest joke of a policy he ever came up with. No citations to people unless given a warning before was another brainless policy that took descretion away from the deputies. The bunches of badges and ID cards he gave out to his "special deputies" was another joke. The man was a pisspoor sheriff, and the only thing he is good at doing is hanging out in his nerdery and spouting out numbers about things that he feels need fixing. Say what you want, we are ALOT better off now than we were when he was in charge. He has no business running a law enforcement agency. If he wants to be a politican, why dont he run for some other type of office; because he is not a true law enforcement officer, nor does he have the understanding on what it really takes to do this job.
