Vote for Captain Arigo for Sheriff if you want someone with talent and intelligence from inside the agency! He will get rid of the dead weight on top. He is not one of the good ole boys with the tribal band that everyone keeps complaining about, and he knows how to run an agency. If you truly want change in a good way, vote for him.
