what were the terms? 7 years 70000 miles and replace, or the dept has to pay the family? can someone clear this up? please don't make this post a joke...

The family of David Herring never sued. The city promised them that they would buy cars every 2 years, and they didn't sue. The Herrings were trusting people. The city as you all know was full of it. Now you have to keep that car for 7 years, and mileage is not looked at. I had a 2001 with almost 200,000 miles.

So then why doesn't anyone say anything. I care about a take home but i care more about getting to a 3 15 safe and in time to back my coworker up! I always here safety safety safety and these cars are not very safe!

The cars is a contractual issue, like us STILL paying for oil changes. Hey Javi and Kerr the Great White Hopes of MPD why don't you guys tackle this issue?

I second that the fop needs to tackle the vehicle problem is going on seven years hhhhhhhheeeeeelllllllllllooo that way to long.. I pray no one gets hurt
