Hialeah P.D. is not the only one with a quota,we have them too at ALL 3 stations. The main cmdrs with these quotas are,S.,Alphonso,C,Soccorro,N,Whitehead but is not limited to just them.
Read what I found in Hialeahs attempt for freedom:



While the section pertains only to the mentioned state agencies, its principle may be applicable to municipal officers too? Check with the PBA lawyers.

Specifically FSS 316.640, 2, See below:

2. An agency of the state as described in subparagraph 1. is prohibited from establishing a traffic citation quota. A violation of this subparagraph is not subject to the penalties provided in chapter 318.

Well who do we contact to expose and have an investigation about these cmdrs who are forcing the crews to write tixs and make 39's??
It is obvious that cmrd Alfonso and lt. Oliva r in violation! They claim issue of productivity but we know better cause sgt.'s tell us!
If u have any doubt,SUBPEONA ALL THE L.H. AND FLAGAMI CREWS.
The sgt.'s,especially SGT.BORKOWSKI can testify to that!!

JUST ANSWER YOUR CALLS AND DON'T HAVE BIG GAPS ON YOUR WORKSHEETS.......IF YOUR BUSY YOU CAN'T MAKE ARRESTS....JUST KEEP BUSY...........I'VE BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS AND HAVE BEEN PULLED A SIDE AND ASKED TO GET #'S.....BUT I JUST TELL THEM TO PUT ON PAPER AND LEAVE IT IN MA BOX..........GUESS WHAT.....NADA!
