General Question

I live in S. Fla, I'm already certified (put myself through the academy) and I'm having the hardest time getting hired down here. (Competitive) Is it less competitive up in N. Fla getting hired?

Its the same every where. If you dont have expirience. Try applying to small agencies, stay a year or so then try for bigger. If your background is poor, dont bother applying.

You must have something in your background. So. Fl is hiring like crazy. All the depts are short and crying for help. You need to regroup and figure out why they're not taking you.
