Plus an additional 3.5 million for compatible computers and knowing the current mismanagers in the department it should round out to an even 24 million. Who is in chrge of this assylum?

computer, what's a computer? I recently had my car inspected and an MDT was on the list....but alas, no MDT in my car. If I didn't have rubber boots I'd have to go to property and get them NOW (and then get grilled about why I didn't have them in the first place)....MDT should be the same way.
