I may be out of the loop, so can someone tell me about the new locker decor for our mids guy. Just curious, because I'm still laughing.

The real question should be who found it offensive.

Law enforcement be a changing, mateys. The jokes, they best be deep sixed and left in davey jones' locker. Don't poke fun at yer shipmates, fer they got sensitive bums and will wag their tongues to the captain. Arrrr.

Ye can't have fun no more. Come do yer job, get spit on, fight with the scum o' the earth, risk yer lives for barely enough booty (gold for ye landlubbers) to survive on, and git no respect from the scallywags ye serve. But whatever ye do, don't make a joke that might offend someone. It be the plank for ye, if ye do. Make life and death decisions in the worst conditions ye can imagine, but be certain ye don't have yer fun at the expense of a coworker. The noose awaits all those who dare not follow Pirate Bob's advice. Arrrr.
