Hello all, I'm a LEO down here in Florida and have a friend of mine with a cabin for sale in your county. I've seen the pictures and I'm going to come up there in a month or so and check the place out for myself before I commit to buying it. I'm looking to buy it as an occasional get away from the hectic goings on down here and maybe a retirement destination in the future. I'm not looking for a LEO job up there. When I retire down here I'm done with being a cop. Just looking for a nice quiet place to retire. Which brings me to my question. Whats the crime rate up there in and around your county? My friend says it's a peaceful area but I figured that I would ask the LEO's in the area for their opinion as well. Thanks in advance for any response that you can give.
