We're always hiring..........we won't pay for your experience, but we will promote you to sgt if you just figured how to turn your siren on, if you get hurt you're on your own and risk termination, our pension blows, the City won't negotiate with our union, our administration is made up of managers with pie charts and graphs, who have forgotten how to be cops, our chief's a nice man but he can't make a command decision...........but hey we do have some pretty lakes and the palm trees are nice. (Admire the palm trees, they are bought with our COLA and raise money.)
