Nice to hear for a change that both departments are getting along and solving cases together, in the best interest for all our communities.

For a change lets get some positive exchange on this forum. Lets write and talk about the good things that our deputies and officers are doing for our communities. You the Officers and deputies know best what some of the positive steps being taken are, so write about them. If you think something can be done better, post it, but please do it nicely and with good intentions, please!

BTW, I worked with Kippie and he was a good officer and I had a fun time working with him. Unfortunately, its just politics why people bounce around departments these days. Change is a good thing for all departments, although some do not like change and resist change, therefore they'll write negative posts. Lets keep things clean and write positive for a change and see where this takes us.

I ask that the MODERATOR please work with us on this.

Good Job!

No one will write here, and you are wasting your time austringer. Plus you are being laughed at for all your good gestures. Go back to where you came from.

Austringer your suggestions went on deaf ears. They either can not write, are to scared to write for fear of being terminated, or they believe they are above constructive debate. Other departments have great debates about policy and procedures. They speak out on issues that are bad and good. This is not a town or department which has a self elevated sense of intellect to engage others in what they believe to be below their standards. You can not expect an ignorant man to view life otherwise. Their realities are distorted by their fears to conform to their master. They have no word, nor honor.

Reconciliation is not an option with these people apparently. You are wasting your time.
