Can someone who knows people in the PSB get the website people to change the default page that shows up when they are working on the site?

The little man's name still shows when you go to www.sheriff.org (http://www.sheriff.org) when they are working on the site. This can be stopped very easily but this has been like this since the corrupt little troll left office.
