thats because afternoons is kicking their buttttttttttttttttts with the stats. if they stop having breakfast on dayshift during the imfamous overlap, then they can produce some numbers :lol:

I can appreciate the competition angle but it really is irrelevant nooner. Shouldn't the global question be "doesn't this smell of a City of Miami policy by Chef Timmoney and cooking the books?" What we need is all of us have a zero unless there is really a call with p/c to arrest or stop a person. I await any logical thought. Thank you.

I have to laff when we hear dayshift CAP trying to lead by example. Here is a guy that did absolutely zero as an officer, PIO, SRO,SRO SGT,DB and read a book on leadership(hey,give him credit) calling off all kinds of 38's that he does not have to write paperwork on,pat down,transport, or have to deal with an SLI when they complain they were arrested for nothing. Good luck dayshifters, you all need it!

By the way guys, this is the same Capt. JH that was investigated by IA and found and substantiated for “Failure to Supervise” while he was a Lt. in DB. Why did DD promote him to Capt with that in his IA file?

Demotion would be too disruptive. For those of us who were here when Huber demoted a few captains, by the way, who deserved to be demoted because of their brown nosing, know it’s not worth the trouble.

how this get from day dhift post to bashing brass. If you lazy dayshift people would just arrest shitbirds, write some paper, and stop milking calls with several units together on a one man call you all would be ok. take the heat brothers, you brought it on yourself. You must understand we are just pawns and we need to roll with the flow, we make alot of money for doing this job in a city with really no crime, bad guys, ghetto, etc.
