What is the difference between Jenne and Timoney's predicament? The number of zeros to the right of the sum accepted! Both have violated the public trust and the perception of decorum ascribed the offices respectively occupied. When a samurai disgraced himself or his lord, seppuku [ritual suicide] was the only honorable out. Both Jenne and Timoney must commit figurative seppuku and resign!
