Ok, so the legend in his own mind Armando, is able to ouster our current command staff, what then? What do he and his minions of the FOP, see as the future of our Department? I see lots of stones being thrown but no vision as to what they would like to see. Would they like to see another outside chief? I know how about our old friend over in the MRC and army hero, this is what the New Times had to say about him:

Wouldn?t that be wonderful, back to the days of the power rangers and if you got the ring you get the promotion. Or maybe they would like to see ?.. a nice do nothing, cheating liar like Burden, yes that the ticket. The whole Department could be run with the same efficiency and fair interview process that we see in the Administration Division. Or maybe Ken Harms, he seems to very interested in the Department all of sudden, although I didn?t even know he moved into the City? Seems very concerned not to be after something. He would be a great choice to help mend those fences with the community, after all he left us with such honor.

Never mind after a little research I see he is just another disgruntled Miami Cop:

He does seem to like Jenne and has managed to overlook any ethical problems up there:

Armando and the FOP remind me of Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats in their unwavering and unfounded hatred of the President. Just like the Democrats, the FOP is willing do anything to get rid of the current administration. The Democrats are willing to sacrifice our troops and national honor to better the party, just like Armando is willing to hold up 10 reports written by ?. who? You and sacrifice the line officer and bring yet more embarrassment to the Department to have his way. To what end? Do they envision a nice warm fuzzy new administration that will bend to their every whim and bless him with Majorhood? Major Armando has a ring a dull ring but ring no the less.

It is times like this that make me proud to stand up and say: ?DAM, AM I GLAD I AM NOT MEMBER OF THE FOP.?

Armando has become the same as the D.C. All powerful in his mind. Surrounding himself with yes men. The same guy who split the members with the last contract and also the last in recent history to bring us a contract proposal that failed. Ask Barbara why Armando brought the vote. Because she was going to bring it and he found out and didn't want to look bad. Not a great reason. Timoney needs to go but going after the D.C. without being prepared is going to cost a lot of street cops. Grab your ankles now.

and I an FOP member, am very glad your not. So what exactly is your message. Sit and take the BS being showed down people's throats? I think your not a member, because your staff, and if T leaves you will go back to your civil service rank of what Lt. One, sergeants are not promoted to staff rank. And if not a member, where do you get th right to spew your nonsense? But what is your message with all those links? Hector is good or bad, your link has him as a trooper killer and a great officer, depending on you you talk to. And Harms, yes he is after becoming chief again. The post to do away with the DDRB is vintage Harms. He is also for doing away with civil service. Crank up your google and the herald has news articles as chief Harm tells how the civil service is keeping him from fixing the department. He is also behind the post to do away with the deputy chief in my view. While his complaint to the ethic's board is welcomed, it is being done with his hopes, the driving factor. And he doesn't live anywhere near the city. And what does Martinez have to do with this mess? I mean you see any thing mentioned in the T$ mess about him? What is your point to bring him up? And Jenne? Did he get a lexus also? You need to see Mark or Jose to get a handle on your fear of becoming a lowly Lt. again. And if you can, tie in Martinez and Jenne to your first post, trashing Armando? Tie it anyway you can to anything concerning T and his SUV. Or just leave this unconnected abortion and hate fest as it is. But get help for your hate syndrome before it eats your liver. :D

It is times like this that make me proud to stand up and say: ?DAM, AM I GLAD I AM NOT MEMBER OF THE FOP.? The problem with your long essay is that Armando did not create upon our leaders. The stones are being thrown by HUNDREDS in this department that feel, enough! is enough!. Police Officers are held to a hire standard so, my friend the Chief is expected to be nothing less then a model to those officers. SEPT 4th will speak the truth!
