For those who may have known Sgt. Phil Quandt from SPPD, he passed away today from a sudden unexpected illness. He was not only a long-time member of the FOP and rep for the Dept., but he was an agressive, tireless advocate and friend to all members in law enforcement. He will be missed greatly. I will keep you updated on the service for those who want to attend.
