traffic

I am just wondering who to call about the traffic going to PPHS in the morning. I know there are 1000 people try to drive and get there but it is crazy and someone is going to get killed or seriously injured. This morning at the light of 66th and 118th, it was a pure traffic jam, a bus was blocking half the intersection, after the light turned red, 7 cars came through it, everyone was honking, and it was a sandwhich in the intersection, no one could move. I was 4th in line to turn and had to wait 3 light cycles it was so bad. Is there anyone that can come help or to call about this?
