Why are we picking on the CHief.

All he did was

BEING UNTRUTHFULL, NEGLECT OF DUTY FOR NOT REPORTING THE GIFT,

HE TOOK A FREE GIFT BECAUSE HE IS THE CHIEF.

WHO IS GOING TO DEMOTE, SUSPEND OR FIRE HIM? CERTAINLY NOT MONEY DIAZ OR THE CITY MANAGER, BESIDE HE HAS THE SUPPORT OF THE LITTLE HAVANA COMMISSIONER AND THE BLACK GIRL.

What does F.D.L.E. stand for?

Florida Department of LAWN Enforcement.........

They (and I speak from experiance) could not investigate there way out of a paper bag. It's the same old story............and time will tell. The investigation will be swept under the carpet and those who spoke out will be hunted.

As to FDLE, you are correct! But this matter is also being investigated by the Miami-Dade Police Department, Public Corruption Bureau, and those folks are relentless and thorough! If there is a shred of criminal wrong doing in Timoney's pile of manure, they will unearth it. Love to have a front row seat for that one!

Come to think about it, does anyone know of FDLE actually investigating anything?

All they know how to do is to go after good cops...

All they know how to do is to go after good cops... And FDLE protects the bad cops. A good example is FRANK PICHEL. mr steroid was arrested and decertified by his own protector. :snicker:

For Timoney, is as Yogi Berra once said: is deja vu all over again! Timoney will not go down in flames though, he will sacrifice a lamb or two to atone for found errors. In Miami, who might be the sacrificial lambs - this time John?

This guy who sold drugs was their informant. He lied to them and they believed them and ended taking his certification from him. They are not going to do any investigation. MDPD, that is a different story, the FBI is part of their public corruption squad. These are great cops who believe in the same things we believe in. They need to dig deep real deep and they will find how our department has been destroyed from within.

Thats right and all you who changed signals and wrote bogus reports are going to go down in flames because instead of being smart you listened or thought you heard something. No one but no one forces anyone to do anything.

1. They can't discipline you for writing a correct report and signal
2. They can't transfer you, (BID)
3. They can't do crap about anything so if the cooks are on top the youy all are the sous chef.
