Ask Frank Pichel, the only problem is he used the Whistle blower act to lie, misinform and to misrepresent the facts. The final outcome was Frank Pichel being arrested and separated from our Department. :devil:

he was FIRED for roids. Does lying as a whistleblower get you arrested? Don't know. anyone know?
