I have a question about this... I'm not sure the codes or what the ticket was for , but from the response, I gather it was petty. Anyways, a few years ago there was a cop from I think Utah, who was busted for DUI in Nevada. The footage showed that he was pisssed of and indignant that a fellow officer of the law would dare to arrest him. He acted and talked as if this is an unwritten code with LE, to NOT arrest or hold another officer accountable if he breaks the law. Is this common among LE?

It was the other way around. It was a Vegas cop that got pulled over in Utah. Long story short, the Vegas cop was also one of the IA for the dept.

Unless you are talking about some other incident.
