Would the dept run better if officers could:

1. Make arrests without having to think {will my chief write me up if he doesn't like it?}

2. If i get a tickler {can i take care of it NOT MAKE MY SGT DO IT?}

3. It's F*CKING 98 degrees outside everyday {can i wear my white uniform shirt with my F*CKING vest in the summer?}

4. Why waste money on kronos when we could have {paid more, got more officers, got better cars, got more laptops, got ar15s, shot guns for every officers, ect...?}

5. Given the days off to the officers so they don't have to call out sick when they need a break.

AND FINALLY PAID A LITTLE BIT MORE FOR YEARLY PSYCOLOGICAL AND POLYGRAPH EXAMS FOR HIGHER UPS WHO BECOME 56'S AFTER THE GAIN THE POWER OVER HARD WORKING OFFICERS. get a clue, your officers voices could have fixed this dept a long time ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
