Everyone stop whining and post your concerns directly to him. I would make up an email address because of fear retaliation. Voice your opinions and forward to him all other dept pay and salary payscales. I know this won't be new to him but just bombard him with emails. In fact we should try to contact the man who started up Hialeahsucks.com. I'm sure he'll be available to help us. Also let's email the Miami Herald and tell them everything including the new revised ticket quota increase and arrest quota. It might be legal but more bad news isn't good for our politicians. Don't give up guys kill them with words and the power of the pen(in our case the power of email)

Becareful with this and what you write. Our Chief will hang you if he feels you are trying to attack him through our Mayor. We do not know the actual level the of support 100 receives from 5000. Remember nothing is anonymous.

God knows, maybe they already know who each screanname is. My point is, get the backing of the union, or unions and reps worth being reps, and then you'll be able to make a dent. Without that, you accomplish nothing.
After all we dont have in Hialeah, be glad for what we do. Is there anyone here that could honestly tell me that the happenings around the counties could happen to us? With all the 15ing we doo with eachother?
