I heard that all of the guys hired from S. Florida aren't working out too well up there. What's going on? Is it the department or is it them?

Mostly the dept. but one or two had issues, what you expect in Mayberry or the Big City.......

It wasn't the dept. so make your own conclusions. One wanted to get all his gedunk from the stores and restaurants for free. The others had some issues of their own. We're not perfect up here but if you do your job it's not bad.

Can't be the dept. "notyer good ol boy" says....Sheriff Jeff claims to be for the troops but when you want to discuss professional related issues with him he won't give you the time of day. You know its not the dept. when, the patrol Captain begins a discussion with "this is a oneway conversation, so sit there and keep your mouth shut" or "who do the F--- do you think you are signing this under duress" hmmmmmm, its NOT the dept.

the icing on the cake is when a Watch Commander , Sgt. from Patrol and the Patrol Cpt. aren't even sure of what there own Dept. S.O.P.'s are so they write you up to teach you a lesson which is "its the Citrus way or the hightway" ie; Good 'Ol Boyzzzzzzzzzzzz
