As your forum moderator, I would like to thank you for logging on and joining the various discussions that the forum members and guests have initiated. This forum is intended to share ideas, vent frustrations, and help breakdown communication barriers within your department.
Please don't hesitate to post. The fear of retaliation by your command staff has been brought to my attention and so has that concern from many other departments that have joined. My only suggestion is that if you have a department issued laptop, please don't reply to the topics from that computer. Replying anonymously from your home computer will assure your privacy.
