How much do Troopers top out at?

I was thinking of becoming a Trooper? Does anyone know how much they top out at?

Well there is no step pay plan with the FHP. So the pay you start at, around $36,000, will be the pay you will be making at retirement. We do get little "cost of living" increases of 2-3% on whatever years the state feels like giving them to us.

I know what you are thinking. What kind of crap agency does not have a step pay plan? The good ole FHP. Look elsewhere my friend!
