The new XO in District 4 will be Lt. N. Armstrong who is currently in Pompano Beach.

Well as Yogi Berra would say "deja vu all over again". That's where she started a short 11 years ago. Short time Dep, short time Sgt, at least some tme as Lt. Thought she was getting Capt this time, what happened, somebody regain their senses???
