I have a question, after you graduate from the academy and also complete the FTO probation can you choose which station you want to work or would you have to go where they need you the most? Thanks in advance.

Are you dense or what! The department will assign you where you are needed most, and that is in the north end of the City yes, in the predominately African-American community! The question is, can you measure up? Besides, if you really want to make your bones as a cop, the north is where at.

So, you are saying that if you are in the south, you don't really learn anything.

If you want to learn how to be a drama queen and a snitch, come to the south station. The rookies have nothing on these old guys.. Worse than the Cuban grandmas. Sola is just a reflection of these guys.
Sola go north and learn how to be a cop first.

New policy, rookies that completed the solo phase, 6 at a times. Will be assigned to I.A. for min. of 1 years. Once your year is up, you may stay, cause you made your bones or be placed back at the needs of the department (North station) for another 3. Tell your supervisor of all activity you witness, made by your fellow officers. Be willing to wear a wire, without getting a court order. If your supervisor or I.A. demand it. Have sexual relationships, with all, that you are not married to. On duty sex will be over looked for those that completed the 1 year requirement of I.A. or if your related to a staff member. Testing answers will be given, to the most dedicated officers, whom follow the above guidelines. Needs of the department, will be met first even if you followed the above guidelines.
