job cuts

it's starting, one captain down, being forced to leave. who will be next because of budget cuts?

Major Fleeman leaves within the next week and his position won't be replaced. Captain Albritton is also leaving soon and his position won't be replaced either. It's good that the cuts are coming from the top and not the bottom (think about it). Since the next fiscal year is an election year, we won't see many promotions (if any at all).
