whats ALL this complaining really about?

Ok, all this complaining about people, strike forces, trainees, low morale, etc. let's hear who the best Supervisor's to work for and the best district to work in. Lets hear something positive for a change!!!

Best supervisor is the Bravo (day shift) Lt. in NW District. He gets out and supports his people, backs them up on calls, takes calls himself, and is approachable. He does not have the "holier than thou" attitude.

Dont forget 1665, he's really awesome to work for. He's just hiding in school resource.

I like 3484 as well, however, if you dont work or try to skate by the easy route he'll get you. You work and you work hard and do your best, he's one of the best supervisors youll ever have.

1665 is a great guy to work for/with ... but he's just doing time and getting by and staying out of the cross hairs. He wont upset the apple cart.

The best supervisors are in the front lines with you, the ones that go to bat for you and help you, and are the ones that are still COPS at heart who still have the passion for the job that they did when they were rookies ... not desk jockies doing time. You'll notice that many of the ID numbers listed above all have these qualities

Dont forget 3085 as well. He's a great guy to work for. I enjoy(ed) working with him. He's a cops cop and the road is in his blood.

2453 is another great supervisor to work for. He's very 1008 and he's always with his shift.

2641 is an awesome chief at Frostproof PD.. ive worked with him at a few Cypress Gardens Details along with him when he worked shift and he was extremely personable and great.

404 is great, sadly he only has 6 months to go... 3484 is a stand up guy too!!! Actually I have only worked for one I didn't care for to much!!

The best I've ever worked for is 1278... ....one of the worst/funniest butt chewings I've ever had was from him!...I didnt know if I should apologize or laugh...lol...great guy to work for!
