Reserved Program

Hey all,

I was trying to get some information about the reserve officer program. I have my LEO certification, but took another non-leo job, but wanted to keep my cert. active.

I live in the Tampa area, and was wondering how it works. As a reserve, do you ride solo or do you ride with another officer? All equipment provided? Training, etc.

Any info or help about the program would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,I am a recently retired Lt. from Broward Co.Sheriffs Office.25 Years,I am interested in becoming a Reserve Officer with your agency.A couple of questions if someone can answer.
1.Is their a office in Broward County?
2.Do they have Reserve Officers?
3.If I am a State Licensed PI,can I be a Reserve Officer?
4.Can Reserve Officers work off duty details once they complete training.
5.Contact person in Broward County reference Reserve Officer.
