She and her husband, Ivory Jones, pastor of a Fort Lauderdale church, sat on their front porch(avoiding gunfire from nearby drive by's) in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday wondering how a man could shoot two people and not go to jail. (what else is new)
They said their grandson sometimes hung with the wrong crowd but never got into legal trouble(AKA Crip wannabe). According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, he has no arrest record(never got caught). They said Gadson, who never finished high school, got tired of low-wage jobs (so he resorted to jacking people) and was pursuing his GED (but always ended up hanging out at the corner store).
Arrindell, friends said, found himself in a similar situation (really?): no high school diploma and working odd jobs (Selling rock). So he went back to school (to play basketball). He was a man with past troubles, including a 2004 arrest for carrying a concealed weapon, but he was improving his life(drinking Monave and 40's), they said. He recently bought a car(Sig 10) and had a girlfriend (Named Bubba).
Kathy East, 54, whose son went to school (before he got smoked by parkway boys) with Arrindell, said she took him in two years ago when he and his mother had a falling out. (38 Violent)
"I'm absolutely stunned," she said Thursday.(she's also known as the big stunna)
