What does one thing have to do with the other, if there are open slots, they still need supervisors, people are retiring and leaving all the time.

Don't believe the budget cut crap. It is a ploy to scare us on the contract. How are we going to cut the DUI unit and cry budget cuts when most of the unit is grant money. OH YEAH, thats right. BSO is known for taking grant money and using it somewhere else.
