Immigration Bill Failed - Let's Party!

This might be considered slightly off the usual subject matter, but the fact is that the proposed Immigration Bill was potentially of significant importance to law enforcement, so is worthy of comment here.

Personally, I was overjoyed to learn the Immigration Bill did not survive a vote to end debate. The vote didn't even come close to the 60 needed!

I was so happy that I sent an e-mail to my RINO Republican Senator, Mel Martinez, and told him that it was a good thing for the party. Once again I told him that people saw no reason to vote for Republicans when they voted like Democrats.

NOW - It's time for a party!

I hired a local band and they should be here any minute....

I am also glad that the bill failed. How else would we be able to get all those double stats for the NVDL drivers???? :lol:

I was happy to see the outcome as well.. Now I can continue paying $5.00 per hour for people to do odd jobs at my rentals that I don't want to do.
